Holistic dentistry

What is the purpose of holistic dentistry?

Health problems often occur away from their root cause, which is why holistic dentistry considers the jaw, mouth and teeth not as an isolated area, but as constituent parts of the whole human body. For example, a severe inflammation of the gums or periodontitis can weaken gastrointestinal health through a so-called long-distance effect. Conversely, a chronic disease of the gastrointestinal tract can cause inflammation in the mouth. Therefore, the field of medicine must be included in dental diagnostics.

Our approach for holistic dentistry

With our diagnostic procedures individually tailored to the patient, we recognize the relationships between local and chronic systemic symptoms. Our therapies take into account the interactions between the teeth and the organism. With minimally invasive therapies, we promote health and regeneration, and improve the capabilities of our patients as a consequence of healthier teeth. We offer the full range of modern, science-based, holistic, biological dentistry. The dental and medical follow-up provides our patients with a meaningful complementary therapy option, in contrast to conventional medicine or conventional dental medicine.
